Day 1 Hanoi Arrival - Warm Welcome (N/A)

Arrive at Noi Bai Airport. You will be warm welcomed & picked up by private driver then transferring to a hotel in Hanoi. Check-in registration (2pm). Relax and stay overnight at hotel.

Day 2 Hanoi City Tour (B/L)

After breakfast at the hotel and enjoy a full day City group Tour.

08h30: Arrive Tran Quoc Pagoda – the oldest pagoda in Hanoi built in the 6th century.

09h30: Visit Ho Chi Minh Complex, you have a chance to see the embalmed body of Ho Chi Minh then walk around the garden to see 2 houses where he lived & worked from 1954 to 1969. Then visit One Pillar Pagoda where the Goddess of Mercy – It is the most unique pagoda in the world.

● Should dress modestly by covering from shoulders to knees when visiting Ho Chi Minh mausoleum, temples, pagodas…

● Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum is closed on Mondays and Fridays.

● Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum is closed for at least 2 months (15thJune -15thAugust) for the annual maintenance but still can take pictures of the Mausoleum and visit around that area.

11h00: Visit Vietnam Museum of Ethnology to learn about the culture of 54 ethnic groups living in Vietnam.

– Special Note: we will visit the Women Museum instead of the Ethnology Museum closed on Mondays.

12h45: Have lunch at our restaurant. You have an opportunity to enjoy Vietnamese cuisine with 8 delicious dishes.

14h00 – 14h15: Continue to visit the Temple of Literature – the first university of Vietnam, established in the 11th century.

15h15: Leave for Hoa Lo Prison Museum which was originally used by the French colonists in Indochina for political prisoners, and later by North Vietnam for U.S. prisoners of war during the Vietnam War. During this later period, it was known to American POWs as the “Hanoi Hilton.

16h15-16h30: Tour finishes. Back to hotel

Day 3 Hanoi - Halong Bay - Titop Island - Sung Sot Cave (B/L)

8:10-8:50 AM Shuttle bus & tour guide will pick you up from Hanoi Old Quarter and transfer to Halong Bay by highway only 2,5 hours.

Enjoy a full-day trip to Ha Long Bay and get immersed in the beauty of the stone mountains, caves, sandy beach, and more. Board a vehicle from the hotel and enjoy a scenic drive through the green fields.

Arrive at the Tuan Chau Habour and cruise through the turquoise waters and amazing rock formations. Soak in the beauty of the surroundings while enjoying a traditional Vietnamese lunch on board.

Next, you will continue to explore the beautiful Sung Sot Cave, known as the surprising cave. Admire the shimmering stalactites embodying countless strange and unique shapes. Take a kayak or bamboo boat to spend some time in the water and discover the stunning Luon Cave.

Feel the warmth of the sunshine as you pass by Titop Island. Take a refreshing dip in the water or trek to the Titop peak for photos with a panoramic view of the bay.

Relax for a while before going back to the boat to enjoy a Sunset Party with red wine, french fries, cakes, and fruits. After reaching Ha Long harbor, the driver will transfer you back to Hanoi.

Day 4 Hanoi - Ninh Binh - Hoa Lu - Trang An Cave - Mua Cave (B/L)

07:30-08:00am – Our guide will meet you at your hotel and start a 110km modern Bus-journey through the verdant landscape of the countryside. Short-break route.

10:45 – Visit Hoa Lu Ancient Citadel with Dinh King Temple and Le King Temple dating back to the 17th Centuries.

­12:00 – Enjoy the lunch at our restaurant with the great local cuisines.

­ 13:30 – Leave for the Trang An Grottoes, an out-standing natural beauty of majestic limestone massif at 20 square kilometer rise dramatically out from rice paddy fields. Deep into the linked chains of towering mountains are pristine places of mystical valleys, numerous fresh water ponds, and jungle. Embarking on a traditional sampan gently rowed down the exquisite river through numerous caves: Lam Cave, Vang Cave, Dai Cave, Thanh Truot Cave,… and Cao Sơn Temple, Suoi Tien Temple, Vu Lam Temple…

­15:30 – Arrive Mua Cave and start an amazing trek up to the top of Ngoa Long Mountain to

Day 5 Hanoi - Danang (B)

After breakfast, transfer you to the airport for the flight to Da Nang. Upon the 01-hour flight, you will be greeted at the airport and transfered to a hotel in Danang. Explore the lifestyle of the city.

Day 6 Danang - Hue City Tour - Danang (B/L)

8:00 AM – 8:30: Your tour guide will pick you up at your hotel in Danang. Along the way, there will be a stop at the highest the Hai Van Pass. Here you will see a panoramic view of Danang city and the beautiful long white Lang Co beach.

11:30 AM: Visit one of the most aesthetic royal tombs: Khai Dinh Tomb – This jaw dropping blend of Western and Eastern architecture was constructed between 1920-1931 for the 12th emperor of the Nguyen Dynasty – Emperor Khai Dinh.

12:30: Enjoy a delicious lunch at a local restaurant serving the best Hue dishes.

13:30: Explore the Citadel one of the UNESCO Heritage Sites in Vietnam. (Important Reminder: Please wear clothes that cover your knees when visiting this place.)

15:00: Get amazed at the beautiful Thien Mu Pagoda, the tallest pagoda in Vietnam. Due to its beauty, it became a common subject to many local folk rhymes and is considered the unofficial symbol of Hue.

16:00: Enjoy a Dragon Boat ride back to the Hue city center while looking at the peaceful scenery of the ancient Hue city as you cruise along the romantic Perfume River.

16:30: Transfer to Da Nang via the Hai Van Tunnel. Approximate arrival in Danang is 18:30.

Day 7 Danang - Five Marble Mountain - Hoian Ancient Town Walking (B/D)

Free at leisure on the beach in Danang – known for its pristine white sands and crystal-clear waters. It’s a great spot for swimming, sunbathing, and water sports or Optional City half day.

15h30: Transfer to Five Marble Mountain: a cluster of five limestone peaks in Vietnam

16h30: Continue to visit Hoi An – World Heritage – walking tour through the narrow winding streets of the Ancient Quarter visiting Chua Ong Pagoda, Chinese Assembly Halls, the 200-year-old Tam Ky ancestral house, and the Japanese Bridge and free at leisure on the beach or wandering around the town.

Day 8 Hoian - Coconut Forest Boat ride (B/L)

7h30 – 8h00 am, the tour guide will meet you at your hotel and start the tour.

Morning, you will visit Bay Mau coconut forest (water coconut tree) grove where you will disembark and discover the daily life of the people there. Visit coconut forest by Basket boat and play some games there. Learn about the way to make some products from coconut trees, and learn to cook some traditional food in Hoi An.

12h00: Have lunch at the restaurant and return Hoian Ancient Town. Free at leisure

Day 9 Hoian - HCM (B)

Free at leisure to explore Hoian Ancient Town by yourself – suggestions:

Day 10 HCM City + Cu Chi Tunnel (B/L)

­Morning: Take the morning trip to visit follow these destinations: Independence Palace, also known as the Reunification Palace, was built on the site of the former Norodom palace. The Independence palace is a widely known landmark of Ho Chi Minh City and was designed by the architect Ngo Viet Thu. Continue seeing the beautiful structures from the French Colonial times such as the Notre Dame Cathedral. The historic Central Post Office.

Followed by the remarkable site of the War Remnants Museum the museum has a vast display of both the Indochina wars.

Have lunch at the local restaurant. Then go to Cu Chi for 1 hour driving.

• You’ll have a chance to watch the documentary and see self-made weapon, bamboo traps,… and see how guerrillas dug, lived and fought inside the tunnels as well as learning how the strength of will against sophisticated weapon.

• You can crawl in the tunnels if you wish.

• Know how the locals make rice paper, rice wine.

• Try to fire AK-47. (600.000 VND / Bullets) and the steamed cassava

• 18:00: Leave Cu Chi, return HCM center.

Day 11 HCM - Mekong Delta (B/L)

We will pick you up 8:00am and transfer to Mekong Delta.

• On the way, we stop at Mekong Restop. You can buy some snacks and use the restroom here.

• Then you come to Vinh Trang Pagoda built by Mr. and Mrs. Bui Cong Dat in the 19th century. Vinh Trang Pagoda is an architectural and artistic relic that ranks third in all types of pagodas in the southern part of the country. The pagoda was built in harmony with the architecture of both Europe and Asia.

• Next, visitors will go to My Tho Cruise Port , then board a boat to travel to Tien River, admire the four Islets of Long, Lan, Qui, and Phung. Boats run along floating fish rafts for visitors to learn how local people raise fish in the river and see Rach Mieu Bridge.

• To Thoi Son Island (Lan island), you walk on the village road, visit local people’s houses and fruit gardens, take souvenir photos and then visit the honey bee farm, enjoy honey lemon tea .

• Next, you come to the tunes of Don Ca Tai Tu Xu Dua – Southern folk music in Vietnam , eat fruit for free. After that, visitors use rowing boats to weave into the small canal to see the two rows of natural coconut trees and the simple landscape of the garden. Continue walking on the village’s road to coconut candy shop, learn how to make candy, show some handicraft made by coconut tree.

• After lunch, you can relax, fish for crocodiles, go to the monkey bridge, have a hammock to rest, or experience cycling on the village road, …

• Afternoon (14:30): Return to My Tho by boat and depart back to Ho Chi Minh city.

• 17:00: The bus drop you off at hotel area Pham Ngu Lao street or Ben Thanh market.

Day 12 HCM - fly to Siem Reap - PRIVATE (B/D)

Upon arrival our guide will meet you at the Siem Reap Airport and take you to the hotel. Free at leisure till take you to the local restaurant for welcome dinner and overnight stay.

Day 13 National Museum – Tonle Sap Lake Floating Village - PRIVATE (B)

After breakfast, we begin with a trip to Preah Ang Chheck/Chhom Temple, and Angkor National Museum. And then we will drive out to Tonle Sap Lake to embark on a local boat and cruise to the floating village of Mechrey. The boat will take us out to the Mangrove forests where we will explore deeper. After that the boat will bring us back to the pier and we will drive back to Siem Reap town. Free & Easy!!!

Day 14 Siem Reap – Outlying Temples - PRIVATE (B)

This morning, we visit the ancient Khmer civilization site of Hariharalaya. Here we have the oldest temples in the Angkor area, referred to as the Rolous group. We will visit Bakong Temple and enjoy a 30-minute ox-cart ride through the village before we stop for lunch with a local family. Next, we drive 35km to visit the small, but magnificent, Banteay Srei. The temple’s pink sandstone structure bears a series of striking sculptures, lintels, pediments and friezes. On the way back we also visit Banteay Samre temple. Here we enjoy the sunset over the rice paddies.

Day 15 Siem Reap – Angkor Tours – Luang Prabang - PRIVATE (B)

In early morning we begin with a visit to Ta Prohm, nearly disappeared into the jungle, it is an oddly haunting and exotic scene. We continue on to visit one of the world’s most impressive ruins at Angkor Wat. Next, we will explore the mysterious Royal city – Angkor Thom City & Bayon. We will travel further to the surroundings of the complex such as the Baphou, Elephant Terraces, the Leper King Terrace and the Royal Palace. Lastly, we visit Preah Khan temple before the transfer to Siem Reap Airport for departure to Luang Prabang (Laos). Arrival at Luang Prabang International Airport, get PRIVATE transfer to your hotel. Time for resting at hotel and explore around Luang Prabang City – it is known for its well-preserved architectural. Besides, Luang Prabang City boasts a delectable culinary scene featuring authentic Lao cuisine and a variety of international dining options

Day 16 Luang Prabang - Pak Ou Caves - Kuang Si Waterfall (B/L)

In the morning (pick up 8-8:30am), embark on a scenic tour to Kuang Si Waterfall, traversing verdant rice paddies and idyllic farms. Upon arrival, we will have 2 hours to explore the three-tiered waterfall, take a leisurely walk along the trails to explore the mesmerizing beauty of the falls. Marvel at the spectacular cascades, which gracefully descend over several hundred feet into a series of tranquil, turquoise pools. Take in the enchanting sight of orchids flourishing within the park, adding to the allure of the natural surroundings. And visit the bear rescued center.

After this captivating experience, return to Luang Prabang, stopping at Ban Na Uan, a Hmong village, for a glimpse into the authentic Hmong village life. Interact with the locals, and witness the intricate process of crafting traditional embroidery.

­Following a delightful lunch, proceed to the pier and board a traditional long-tail boat for a serene cruise upstream along the mighty Mekong River. As you drift along the water, soak in the breathtaking mountain vistas and observe the simple yet captivating rural lifestyles along the riverbanks. Your journey will lead you to the Pak Ou Caves, situated at the confluence of the Mekong and Nam Ou Rivers. Within these two caves, discover a splendid display of sacred centuries-old Buddha images, revered as pilgrimage sites during the Lao New Year festivities around mid-April.

Upon cruising back to Luang Prabang, make a stop to visit Ban Xanghai, a traditional whisky village, where you can observe the intricate process of crafting Lao Lao, the beloved rice whiskey of Laos. Immerse yourself in the local culture as you sample some freshly made regional delicacies, rounding off an enriching and flavorful experience.

Day 17 Alms Giving + Local Market + Luang Prabang City - PRIVATE (B)

Early start gives you the fantastic opportunity to participate in the daily morning alms giving ritual to saffron clad monks. This tradition is unique to Laos, being the only Buddhist nation still preserving this procession. Stop and visit fresh local markets and back to hotel for breakfast.

This morning, visit to the most photographed temple, Vat Xiengthong. Located at the end of peninsular closed to the confluence of Mekong and Khan River. Continue to former Royal Palace, now the National Museum. Then visit Wat Mai a temple renowned for its golden bas-relief. During Pimai, the Lao New Year, the Prabang normally housed in the Royal Palace Museum is brought and put on public display in this temple.

The tour concludes with an ascent of Phousi Hill, which stands 150m tall in the heart of the town. From this vantage point, visitors are treated to breathtaking 360-degree views of the city, its numerous temples, and the picturesque landscape stretching out to the distant mountains. Following this, you will be transported back to the city center or directly to your hotel to finalize the tour.
